IISD at Procura+

The Procura+ conference (formerly EcoProcura) has been running for 25 years and is a dynamic and unique meeting place to exchange and equip participants with the latest professional information, advice and networking opportunities wanting to implement high quality, cost effective, sustainable, circular and innovation procurement practices.

Public procurement can play a key role in strategic governance, ensuring service delivery that achieves value for money and generates benefits not only for organizations, but also for the environment, society and the economy. IISD's Procurement team will present key research on green public procurement at this year's conference in Lisbon, Portugal. 

The Procura+ conference will explore:

Procura+ 2024 will present good practices and approaches for strategic procurement across thematic areas, key product and service sectors such as biodiversity, buildings, construction, energy, food and catering, ICT, mobility and textiles. This year the Conference will take place in the Lisbon Congress Centre.
